Gravity
No escaping gravity
Gravity
No escaping... not for free

It's a very rare occasion to see me in trousers, but I've recently seen this pair in a charity shop and it had something about it that made me buy it. I feel a bit weird wearing them, but it's probably because I've only been wearing skirts and dresses for the last couple of years.
Oh and I so love the blooming trees everywhere I go, and so I had to use them for my photos;)

Also, you've still got 2 days left to take part in ModCloth's Style Look-Alike Contest (it ends on 30th April)! You basically have to create a look inspired my your fave celebrity or style icon using one or more ModCloth items. You then upload it to ModCloth's Flickr Style Exchange and you could receive Christian Dior’s The Little Dictionary of Fashion and a $100 ModCloth gift certificate. I really love this contest and I'm actually thinking about taking part myself:)
Oh, don't forget to list these in the photo description:
* Your style icon
* The ModCloth items you’re wearing
* Why your outfit is fitting for your chosen icon — and you.

If you'll be taking part (or already are): Good luck! ♥

Pace Is The Trick

There have been so many warm days recently that it's really put me into a great mood... I love how I don't have to wear any of those heavy coats and jackets anymore and a little jacket or a cardi are enough to keep me warm. The day I've had these pictures taken was almost hot! The whole outfit apart from the shoes and the necklace is actually thrifted and I think I'm a true charity and vintage shop addict now;) You can definitely find more interesting and unique clothes and accessories there...
Alright...I'm off to watch The Tudors now! Have a nice week, lovelies! ♥

Je t'aime plus qu'hier, moins que demain

Today's outfit photos were taken during the Easter Sunday walk, unfortunately we've only managed to take some pictures and it started to rain quite heavily, but that's just typical Scottish weather. The skirt is one of my recent thrifted finds and I had to cut half of it off as it was almost floor length. I loved the pattern on it so much, when I saw it, that I knew I had to buy it immediately♥ The top with mesh and lace inserts, on the other hand, used to be my mum's and she wanted to throw it away, luckily she asked me if I wanted it first...
Oh I've recently seen Dorian Gray and I really think it was very well done! The imagery and the music created the atmosphere of the film perfectly. It was actually so great that I have started reading Wilde's The picture of Dorian Gray again. I've first read it on my English literature classes a couple of years back, but I feel like reading it once again...

Diane, I'm holding in my hands a small box of chocolate bunnies.

I recently received my package from Westrags and I can't be any happier with my purchases! I've really fallen in love with the dress I'm wearing and it looks even better in real life than it does on their website! It's got kind of a boho feel to it and I love the fabric it's made of and its print. It will surely look great with my short faux fur vest, so I might be wearing it like that soon as well. Another item I've found in the parcel was a lovely floral bracelet. The print and the colours are so beautiful! You can expect its appearance in an outfit soon...
Oh, and as you can see I can't get enough of my new owl necklace! I'm wearing it with everything lately♥

Happy Easter lovelies! ♥
