Actually, the best gift you could have given her was a lifetime of adventure.

Last week had brought me quite a bit of sightseeing, Liege being the first place. I went there to see Thee Oh Sees, but left early to have a little wander around and although the city itself was quite disappointing the gig was one of the best I've had a chance to go to. Even the usually static Belgian audience was going crazy during this one, making the whole experience even better. A couple of days later I visited Leuven and I totally fell in love with the city, the architecture was to die for and it has this little town charm, which makes you want to stay there for longer. On another note, I'm going away for my holidays in Portugal this coming Saturday and I cannot wait ♥ You can expect a holiday post after I come back, but I'll surely be updating my Instagram profile on a daily basis. Outfitwise, I've finally found my perfect button-up denim skirt, which is a great substitute for not having any jeans in my wardrobe.

I want you, I want you here
I need you, I need you here.

During the search for the perfect white summer dress (which has to be very boho and very 70s), I've found this one, which is quite formal and minimalistic, but in spite of that I've fallen in love with it and I find myself wearing it far too much.
Fun fact: I've had these photos taken during the Iris Festival in Brussels and had to face and look at the city square where trained geese were walking in line to the music played by two guys dressed like someone out of The Nutcracker, but a psychedelic version of it.

Obsessed with this song as it brings a certain beautiful moment to my mind.

when routine bites hard,
and ambitions are low,
and resentment rides high,
but emotions won't grow,
and we're changing our ways, taking different roads.

After a long hiatus, caused by my camera being broken, I'm back! I don't know for how long though, cause it still seems a bit shaky and sometimes refuses to take photos, plus my lens are a mess. Anyways, I've spent a lovely week in my hometown back in Poland, after coming back to Brussels I went to see Drenge play in Le Botanique (it really was a great show) and recently bought tickets for Franz Ferdinand and Thee Oh Sees, hence I'm really excited! I'm also really tempted to buy tickets for Best Kept Secret festival, as I'm dying to see Bass Drum of Death, Temples, The Libertines and The Jesus and Mary Chain
Today's photos were taken in one of my favourite places in Brussels (too bad they're only opened for public for like 3 weeks throughout the whole year!), namely, the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken. I just love the atmosphere in that place and could probably spend my days only there if I could. Outfitwise, it's all about denim this time, which, alongside fringes and suede, is my favourite trend for this summer and probably forever.
