The movie on your eyelids

A couple of days ago, while visiting one of my daily blog reads Strawberry Koi ♥ Vintage Style, I've come across a gorgeous gorgeous Autumn/Winter collection of Vivetta. I guess lots of you have already seen it (if not here is the link), but I was so stunned when I've discovered it! Nothing I've found recently seemed so perfect to me. If that's what autumn looks like according to them, I want it now:D I love how preppy and gossip girl it looks, also the colours and fabrics are just perfection.
It inspired me to get into my school uniform garments again, as I was a bit bored of them recently, but now I've fallen in love with them again and the result is today's outfit:)
*I've done a little bit of DIY on the blazer, adding the white borders to it and I love it even more now♥
*You can see how much I love that bag now, it's a second outfit post in a row with it;))

Blazer - New Look +diy
Skirt - Atmosphere

Shirt - Top Secret

Bag - Vintage

Shoes - New Look

Cross Tie - from a friend

Also I've just got to share a song with you, actually it's kind of reciting of lyrics with music. It's in my head for a couple of days now and it have totally stolen my heart...every time I listen to it I've got goosebumps all over my body...It's been awhile since a song moved me so much...and the lyrics are so so beautiful! ♥It's one of the bonus tracks on the deluxe edition of Placebo's new album: Battle For The Sun.

P.S. I've won that sequin competition I told you about in the last post, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get the prize as I'd have to be in Poland and go to any H&M there to meet the stylist and let him/her choose an outfit for me(that's the prize). Oh well, we'll see;D

Sea within a sea

First of all, I'd like to apologise that I wasn't able to visit your blogs recently...I promise to do that as soon as I'm not as busy as I've been recently:)
Now, about the outfit ... it was built around the skirt (which is actually a dress), as I wanted to take part in the competition themed: sequins. It was taking place on one of Polish fashion community websites, , and the prize is some H&M clothes, so wish me luck♥
The boyfriend blazer I'm wearing is actually from a charity shop and it only cost me 50 pence (so did the handbag, which I loved from the moment I've first seen it) as they've had some kind of a sale and all of the items were 50p.
Oh! I know it's still a long time ahead to talk about, but I'm going to the Placebo concert in Glasgow in December! It'll be my birthday present, as I've got my birthday around the date it's taking place on, and my bf have already bought the ticket (I'll obviously get it on my birthday;) I'm so happy and excited about it and just can't wait♥

Skirt - no name
Blazer - M&S (sh)
Tank Top - my bf's

Secret Garden

Bows have been a big love of mine for about two years now, I just can't get enough of them whether it's on clothes, shoes or accessories. I've got quite a few shoes with bows at the front as well as tons of bow headbands and bow brooches. They're just so girly and magical ♥ So here is one of my favourite dresses, which does not only have the detail mentioned before, but also is in my favourite colour palette:)
It's dark, cloudy and rainy today so I guess I'll just stay in read The White Masai by Corinne Hoffman, maybe watch some movie and eat something sweet;D

Dress and Clutch - Primark
Shoes - Peacocks

Also here is an article that I was asked to present to you. I really love the ideas and tips given in it, there is just so much useful information included! Enjoy:)
Eco-Chic Fun And Fashion
Recycling isn't just for trash anymore. Even treasures can be recycled, particularly jewelry that may be outdated, old, or in need of a new setting. Even fashion designers are starting to be bitten by the ecological bug. Some are choosing to showcase raw diamonds, in their natural state, rather than cut. Others, are creating clothing from cast-off designs like worn jeans that have been cut and recycled into a new dress. Today's consumers can take a hint from that and think about ways to be more eco-friendly with their jewelry and fashion choices.

Buying Old Jewelry
Family heritage or vintage pieces are making a comeback as a form of recycling. Buying a diamond ring from a flea market, though, comes with it's own inherent risks. If you don't have any ideas on jewelery on the market, you can easily buy a ring for far more than it is worth. While recycling is an honorable intent, doing so at a hefty personal price would defeat the purpose of making a social statement that is of benefit to everyone, even you. Learn about the many ways to identify a glass, cubic zirconium, or genuine diamond ring using a newspaper print test or a quick breath test, before you lay down your money.

Re-Working Or Re-Using New Jewelry
If you have some pieces of jewelry that need a new setting, there are places that will buy back a gold setting and you can use that money to recycle it to a newer setting with a less expensive metal. Try using your brooches as hat pins or to decorate a pair of pumps. Charms are a great way to re-use jewelry in different ways by moving it from a charm bracelet to a coat pin, and onto a necklace.

Pure Morning

You can't imagine how I love being woken up by the sunlight coming in through my bedroom window! You just want to get up as early as possible to enjoy the sunny day as fully as possible. I think they're so precious for me because of the fact that there are so few of them here in Scotland, I really miss summers in my home country! Luckily, last Sunday and Monday were really lovely when it comes to weather, so I was in a great mood and spent lots of time outside enjoying the sun. The photos and the outfit are from a Sunday walk with my boyfriend:)
